We administered sacraments such as Baptism, Holy Communion, and Confirmation. These sacred rites are significant milestones in the spiritual lives of the congregation.

Fellowship Activities:
To foster a sense of community, we encourage people to organize fellowship activities such as dinners, picnics, and holiday celebrations. These events provide opportunities for members to build relationships and support one another.

The Richmond First methodist church offers a variety of services and activities designed to meet the spiritual, social, and emotional needs of its congregation and the wider community.

The Holy Communion is always on the first Sunday of the Month

Communion is not merely a ritual; it’s a sacred practice that connects us to the heart of Christianity. It’s a moment of reflection, gratitude, and fellowship.
So, when you participate in Holy Communion, remember that you’re joining a global community of believers who have celebrated this beautiful tradition for centuries. It’s a powerful reminder of God’s love and our eternal hope in Christ.

As we gather on the first Sunday of the month, let us approach the Communion table with reverence, gratitude, and anticipation. May it be a time of spiritual nourishment and a reminder of the depth of God’s love.

Sunday

 Start at 9:30am         In-person

Duration of the Worship: 1 hour

OUR MISSION

IS HELPING PEOPLE FIND THEIR PLACE IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD
We extend a special welcome to those who are returning to church with more questions than answers, to those taking their first tentative steps in a spiritual journey, to those over 60 but not yet grown up, to teenagers who are growing up too fast and babies who don't yet know the meaning of growing up. We don't care if you are more Methodist than John Wesley, or haven't been in church since little Joey's baptism.

You are welcome here!

Worship is approximately one hour long. We have projection screens to help you follow along. We enjoy having young children stay through worship service; but as a parent, you may want to know that we are hoping to open up the nursery and Sunday school in the future but no date is set at this time.
